Active Energies Solar is seeking Solar Technicians to join our team based in Eagle-Vail, Colorado. We are currently hiring for the summer and fall seasons, with potential for year-round employment for the right candidates.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who are mechanically and technically inclined. Prior construction experience is helpful but not required. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
- US work authorization (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Job Type
- Full time 40 Hours
- Monday- Thursday, 10-hour shifts
- Occasional overtime opportunities on Fridays
Pay
- Starting at $23.00
- Higher starting wage with experience and certifications
- Bonus pool
Responsibilities
- Layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware
- Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
- Professional communication with customers and teammates
- Preparation and cleanup of job site
- Additional duties as required to support the crew
Requirements
- Comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope
- Must be able to lift panels, climb ladders and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Motivated team player, ability to work collaboratively with a team of installers
- Positive mental attitude with the willingness to learn and grow
